How do we handle Contracts?

There are multiple ways to sign the contract with us. The first option is through DocuSign, where you’ll receive the contract via email and can sign it electronically. Once all title holders have signed, we’ll receive the completed contract instantly.

Another option is for us to send a PDF, which you can print, sign, and scan back to us. If you prefer, we can also arrange an in-person meeting anywhere in Georgia to sign together. Alternatively, we can mail the contract to you for signing and return. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate whatever method works best for you.

How long until we close and you receive the money?

The contract will be set for 30 days, but we typically close within 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete, we deposit the funds into escrow and work to finalize the closing as quickly as possible.
